As you are pregnant, you will encounter some changes in your body. This is normal for a pregnant woman as you are not alone now. You carry that tiny living creature in your womb now. Your baby will grow starting from two cells, an embryo to a mature baby which is ready to deliver. As your baby grows, you will encounter that your weight is increasing. In the first week of your pregnancy until week 4, you will not even realize that you are pregnant. This is because you may still have your period during these weeks.
In week 5, you may encounter the same symptoms you have as you have during your period. You will find your breast bigger and tender enough to touch. You may think that you are pregnant. In this week, your period comes late. This may be a significant sign to convince that you are pregnant but check it first. As you find your period late, do urine pregnancy test or see your doctor.
In the first day of week 6, you may feel very tired as it is the beginning of your pregnancy. To minimize the feeling you can take some exercises to make you accustomed with what your pregnancy is making on your body.
In week 7, some of you may become sensitive and emotional. While in week 8, you may be craving for foods. You may eat food you never liked before or leave your favorite food and go to bathroom very often. During week 9, there will be some changes on your skin like becoming dry and you may find pimples on it. Drink 6 to 8 glasses of water to solve the problem.
In week 10, your abdomen may look bigger and you may feel that your clothing is tight in your breasts and waists area. In the next week, you may experience what is called constipation. Constipation is the result of feeling fatigue. The feeling slows down your digestion process and it results in constipation. Eating more foods containing fiber and drink enough water will decrease constipation. In the last week of your first trimester, you may experience less morning illness and tiredness. In this week, you can hear your baby heartbeat for the first time using a fetal heart detector.
Having the aforementioned body changes sometimes makes you tired. But, you can find the way to minimize the symptoms like morning illness, constipation and so on. You can also visit your doctor to ask for help. This way, your doctor will suggest you the healthier way to solve your problem during the first trimester.
